We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, we request your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address, and credit card information. We ask that you provide this information so that we can process and ship your order.
Refunds will be offered within 14 days of purchase. Store credit will be issued on returns up to 30 days from date of purchase. All returns must be unused and/or unopened and accompanied by a receipt.
Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. We ship using USPS and UPS with calculated shipping. In order to provide our customers with accurate and fair rates, we may issue a partial refund in the event that our shipping calculator finds the weight of the purchase, shipping destination, or desired method to be less than what is charged. If you have another preferred shipping method or any questions regarding shipping please email us at email@example.com.
If you live here in Portland, or plan to visit soon, we have a local pickup option. Simply enter the code "LOCAL PICKUP" at checkout, and you will be not be charged for shipping, but your order will be set aside for you to claim at your convenience.
When requested, we ship internationally to most countries. If you would like a quote for international shipping please email us your shipping address and a list of the items you are looking to purchase. All shipping requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you ASAP. When shipping internationally every package is subject to a customs charge and this is always the responsibility of the customer.
MadeHere PDX will process your online order within 24 hours given all items are in stock. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or telephone and a refund or cancellation of sale will be issued.
